SHARON D. WAGONER - President and Chairman

Sharon is President and Chairman of Argus Investors' Counsel. She is an officer and on the Board of Directors of The Argus Research Group, our parent company. She has managed portfolios since 1992 and brings expertise from her years as a pharmaceutical and entertainment industry analyst. Prior to joining Argus, Sharon served as an officer and analyst at John S. Herold, Inc. and served as a partner in the law firm of Tyre and Smith before joining Argus. Sharon holds a B.A. in Economics from Duke University and a J.D. from Fordham Law School. She was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honorary.
JAMES KELLEHER, CFA - Director of Research & Senior Analyst
Jim is Director of Research at Argus Research. In addition to advising the Investment Policy Committee, he manages various Argus Research products and departments, including the Argus Focus List. Jim is a three-time winner in The Wall Street Journal's "Best of the Street" All-Star Analyst Survey and has also won recognition in the Financial Times/StarMine analyst awards. Jim is the author of Equity Valuation for Analysts & Investors (Mcgraw-Hill, July 2010). Jim earned his B.A. from Columbia University, and received his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1999.

Donna has managed portfolios for Argus clients since 1994, including public and corporate retirement funds, foundations, endowments, and high-net-worth individuals. Prior to joining Argus, Donna managed portfolios at Citibank Global Asset Management. She has more than 30 years experience in the field and holds a BS in Psychology and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
SHARI BENEDICT - Director of Asset Management Operations
Shari joined Argus in 2006 bringing over 20+ years of experience in asset management operations, technology and compliance. Prior to joining Argus, she operated a consulting firm which specialized in assisting asset management firms using the Advent/Axys portfolio accounting system. Her background includes Director of Operations and IT at Abner, Herrman & Brock an independent asset management firm. Previous to that she worked at American Express and Westpac Financial Services.
